Outcome of the trip to Kuwait on April 15, 2025: Global mandate to work with new businesses

I, Shaikh Rakan Bader Mohammed Al Sabah, member of the ruling family
of the State of Kuwait and Chairman of Al Wataniya Group in Kuwait,
hereby appoint Mr. Patrick Van Den Eede,
civil diplomat, European Director of Jethro International and Chairman of L'Âme de l'Europe, as my global representative on a private commercial basis and authorize Mr. Patrick Van Den Eede to
seek and contact, on my behalf, potential strategic partners to collaborate on government projects in Kuwait.
Indeed, the Government of Kuwait has launched several mega construction projects
in the oil & gas, infrastructure, housing and energy sectors, and is open to innovative environmental and sustainable development solutions.
As a first step, Mr. Patrick Van Den Eede will provide background information on the project(s) and arrange a meeting with the Wataniya Group in Kuwait to sign a joint venture agreement with interested collaborators who will have to respect and adhere to the Kuwaiti bidding procedure in order to obtain more details and documents on a specific project and possess the technical know-how and
financial capacity to support and execute the project.
